Sleep better, without gadgets

Sleep is the foundation under your energy, your hunger and your recovery. And no, you do not need a tracker or an expensive mattress — just the right habits.

Sound familiar?

You fall asleep in front of the TV and lie awake at three

Irregular evenings give irregular nights. Your sleep rhythm is trainable, just like a muscle.

Your head will not stop spinning

Stress that has nowhere to go during the day comes visiting at night. Without an outlet, no sleep trick works.

Waking up rested is something you only know from holidays

If you only sleep well when travelling, your bed is not the problem — your week is. Good news: your week we can rebuild.

De Bouwmethode

How we tackle it

We treat sleep as behaviour: fixed anchors in your evening, light and screens at the right moments, caffeine and alcohol in the right place, and daytime movement that builds your sleep pressure. Start small, stay consistent.

Sleep never stands alone: strength training and nutrition deepen your nights, and better nights make your training and appetite manageable. That is why sleep is a full building block in every program — no tracker required.

★★★★★

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

I have slept badly for years. Can that still change?
Almost always. Sleep responds surprisingly fast to consistent habits; you often feel the first improvement within two weeks. If a sleep disorder is suspected, I refer you to a doctor — that honesty is part of the deal.
Do I have to go to bed earlier?
Not necessarily earlier, but more regularly. A fixed wake-up time is the most powerful sleep aid in existence, and it costs nothing.
Does exercise really help my sleep?
Yes, demonstrably: training builds sleep pressure during the day and deepens sleep at night. Only the timing matters, and we tune that to your schedule.

The perfect moment does not exist.

Whoever waits for ideal circumstances waits forever. In twenty minutes we map where you stand and what the logical first step is. You will walk away with something useful either way. If it is not a fit, I will tell you myself.
